24-hour Emergency Service - What you need to do

At Roe Valley Veterinary Clinic, we provide emergency aid 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When does the out of hours service run?

The out of hours service runs from:

  • 7:00pm to 9:00am Monday to Friday 
  • 4:00pm on Saturday through to 9:00am on Monday

What number do I call?

In the event of an emergency out of our working hours, the same telephone number applies: 028 777 62528.

When prompted, press “0” for an emergency and you will immediately be transferred to the vet on call.

What do I need to do?

Pets should be brought to the clinic for examination during these times.

In special circumstances, house visits can also be arranged. During these times, consultation fees are more expensive but we are happy to offer free triaging over the telephone.
